Job description
Responsibilities:- Perform general maintenance and repairs in a timely manner- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and address any issues promptly- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)- Coordinate and supervise outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects- Fabricate or repair equipment as needed- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environmentRequirements:- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a customer service-oriented environment- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment- Proficient in using CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to oversee maintenance staff, if applicableWe offer competitive pay and benefits package.
