N Relocation? N Position Type Management JOB SUMMARY The Manager, HVMB International Marketing, is a key member of the marketing and brand team for Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB.) They will focus on continent-specific activation of Global Brand Marketing and Performance Marketing strategies. This includes activating email, partnership, social media, paid media and earned media tactics based on their knowledge of the International (EMEA + CALA and AP) markets. They will partner closely with others across the organization including brand performance, brand marketing, development, operations, digital product, and marketing strategy in order to help define the appropriate customer target based and ensure marketing efforts are appropriately tailored to the International vacation rental market. They will also work closely with Business Development and Account Management to activate marketing for HMCs (Home Management Companies), including review of communications, joint marketing collateral, activating at industry events to best represent HVMB. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management Three or more years of experience in business / partnership development, real estate / home rental development, property management, hotel industry or other relevant business experience, demonstrating a pattern of exceptional performance Expert project management and organizational skills with a service mindset Demonstrated ability to deliver results, effectively prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Education and Experience Preferred CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Brand Execution & Positioning Executes annual brand plans across marketing and guest experience initiatives that drive towards the increasing brand awareness, brand consideration and site visits. Establishes strong knowledge of vacation rental industry, top markets, and consumer trends for International Ensures that business model, positioning and core proof points are clearly articulated for the brand, understood by key stakeholders and scalable to drive growth. Executes and implements visual ID, brand tone of voice, digital identity and content strategy in International market. Helps drive position of the brand, brand awareness, site vits, bookings, and overall market share. Executes marketing to drive awareness and consideration to engage and attract HMCs to HVMB Harnesses competitive and consumer insights to help inform the appropriate business, marketing strategy and activities. Drives excellence across all marketing and communication activities, including; brand voice, marketing activation and guidelines, brand messaging, advertising, photography and guidelines, brand integration, public relations, brand experience partnerships, experiential marketing and events, website merchandising, promotions, marketing innovation, and key continental regional pull through strategies. Managing Work, Projects, and Policies Coordinates and implements work and projects as assigned. Complies with Federal and State laws applying to procedures. Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc. Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Manages the flow of questions and directs questions. Supporting Operations Works with team to put sustainable work processes and systems in place that support the execution of the strategy. Establishes and maintains complete and up-to-date information to ensure accurate reporting. Represents team in resolving situations. Maintains and manages inventory and service operations. Additional Responsibilities Informs, updates, and provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person in a timely manner.
