Our international business model is one of partnership – we operate in 106 global markets and with over 20 franchise JV and marketplace partners in c. 35 countries across the world to sell M&S to the world via a capital light, partnership model. Full ownership of finance-related tasks, including raising purchase orders for marketing suppliers, processing invoices, managing goods receipts, and addressing any finance queries, ensuring seamless financial operations for the marketing team. Support the Digital Channel and Campaign Managers by ensuring the paid marketing activity planner remains consistently up to date. Lead on briefing paid marketing activity and assets to our media agencies with Digital Channel Managers support, driving effective collaborations and the success of our campaigns. Assist Digital Channel Managers on reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis with actionable insights and data-driven brilliance to shape our future campaigns. Work closely with the Merchandising team to deliver an optimum customer journey by ensuring that products, promotions, and content align. Own the competitor research analysis for the Trade and Marketing team to identify opportunities and challenges in different international markets.
