Exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced and motivated Physiotherapists to join our musculoskeletal outpatient team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston (UHBW) NHS Foundation Trust. We have twopermanentrotational musculoskeletal(MSK)band 6 physiotherapistposts, based onthe Bristol sites,withrotationsincluding; generaloutpatients, emergency department, aquatic physiotherapy, gym rehabilitation, rheumatology, long term pain, haemophilia, hand unit,pelvic health,trauma and orthopaedics and fracture clinic working alongsideotherphysiotherapists, occupationaltherapistsandtherapytechnicians. As a result ofsupporting staffto goon secondmentand improvingtimelycare for patients,wehavefixed termband 6opportunitieswithin the MSK teams on both the Bristol and Weston sites. Successful applicantswill work within the Outpatient Therapies pathway of University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, managingtheir own caseload as an autonomous practitioner,providingphysiotherapy assessment and treatment.You will work closely with the other members of theoutpatientteam andmentorband5colleagues, therapy techniciansand undergraduate studentsasrequired. You will be supported by highly skilled and experienced band 7sand 8As across a range of specialities, the wider MSK team and the Adult Therapies MSK Pathway and Divisional Leads.As a teaching Trust we actively promote and encourage lifelong learning. You will have access to a robust in-service training programme, annual development review, coaching and mentoring. We can also supportappropriate externaltraining courses.
