Department Neighbourhood Policing Team Location Maidenhead, Windsor Rank/Grade TVP Broad Band 2E Salary Band 2E, circa £25,148 per annum, pro rata, plus benefits Part/Full Time Part Time Type of Contract Secondment/Fixed Term Contract Job Advert Secondment/Fixed Term Contract until October 2024. Part time post – 18.5 hours per week. Neighbourhood Policing (NHP) Teams are established throughout the force area. Comprising of regular police officers, special constables, PCSOs and volunteers, the teams work closely with partner agencies to tackle the issues that are of most concern to the community. NHP Teams work with groups which are made up of representatives of partner agencies and the community, whose role is to identify and work together, to address local issues. NHP teams have a fundamental role in making neighbourhoods safer and building closer relationships with communities. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide secretarial and administrative support to NHP Teams, ensuring that engagement plans, performance data and other relevant documents are kept up to date. You will possess a high level of written and interpersonal skills, be a competent user of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook applications and be able to work with minimum supervision and within clear timescales. Hybrid (home working) is negotiable. If you are a permanent member of staff applying for this role, please note it will be offered on a secondment basis.
