We’re recruiting an experienced Office and Facilities Manager to join our service in Liverpool. The postholder will support the management of our site, ensuring a safe and effective working environment for our staff. Working with a range of stakeholders, this is an opportunity for a proactive individual to deliver a comfortable, clean and well organised service, that presents a welcoming and on brand experience for service users and staff alike. You will be undertaking a variety of duties and responsibilities, from commissioning small building works to line managing and ensuring the smooth functioning of the administration team. A key part of this role will be to oversee the health and safety of the service, working to ensure that our premises are fit for purpose. You will also be required to assist with budget management and process petty cash and invoices. The Office and Facilities Manager will be instrumental in allowing our management team to focus on service delivery, so that we can help many more people and radically improve outcomes for our service users. To apply for this role, you should have demonstrable experience in managing an office environment. We are looking for an individual with exceptional organisation skills - you will be someone who enjoys putting systems and processes in place and creating seamless working environments. You will be confident when dealing with a variety of tasks, including those in need of a swift resolution and should be able to build meaningful working relationships quickly with both internal and external stakeholders. It is important that you have the ability to accurately assess conflicting priorities and decide on the best course of action, ensuring that the working environment is not compromised. You’ll receive full training such as Health and Safety Training for Managers and/or Facilities Management depending on your experience. This is the ideal role for someone who loves to organise, wants a challenge and likes to stay busy! You’ll be working with a supportive, service user-focused team, who will welcome your expertise and enthusiasm for getting things done.
