Location of our Datacenter is based in Erith UK. Responsibilities: HR activities: • Collaborate closely with the Group's HR department, its expert services and the HRBP department Deploy, support and promote the Group's HR policies (Collective benefits, training, evaluation, etc.)Support newcomers’ onboarding and provide them with all the necessary environment for their jobManage the sourcing and allocation/tracking of PPE/IT equipment to staff membersOrganize meetings for the different teamsEnsure Internal Group communications are released and understood within the siteManage personnel administration (management of employment contracts and addendums, various legal documents, etc.)Ensure compliance with the local legal frameworkPrepare and consolidate variable payroll elements (bonuses, absences, leave, etc.),Establish the link between the accounting firm and HR departmentEnsure proper completion of the payroll cycle for staff/employees.Collect and follow up training requests in collaboration with the Training CenterOrganize internal events in accordance with Group policies (thematic, budget, etc.)Be available for managers and collaborators for any HR issue. Relay to the HRBP or HR department when needed. Financial and Legal activities: • Provide prompt and accurate answers to requests from internal departments (accounting, treasury, legal, etc.) Interface with the legal department of the Group and the local law firm where necessaryManage requests from local authorities (Council, HMRC etc)Process all the payments of providers or institutions (taxes, contributions, etc.) in collaboration with the Group TreasuryProvide budget and forecast reports when requestedAssist the Data Centre Unit Lead in preparing forward looking opex and capex budgets.Control the proper execution and the respect of deadline of the financial reportsCompile monthly accounting reports and liaise with HQ accounting teamsRaise purchase orders, process invoices and track payments to suppliers as requiredFacilitate the travel of team members, including the use of internal tools, planning, booking and reimbursement of expenses according to internal procedures Site Administration: • Ensure the application, respect and continual improvement of health and safety policies Collaborate with the Office teams to ensure the compliance of the office with our Group policies in terms of designMake the necessary purchases for the good supply of the site (supplies, consumables, etc.)Mail management and controlLiaise with other offices, contractors, suppliers and other organizations.Contribute to Health, Safety and Environment initiatives locally, with support from HSE Officer networkContribute to site steering committee meetings for the purposes of good governance and communicationAttend weekly site security meetings with other members of the site steering committee ensure good site security and communicationsContribute to and participate in regular meetings relating to Health and Safety, Site Security, Finances and other matters as deemed appropriate.Assist in the ongoing management of site security by assisting with site security audits and validating/processing site access requests for contractors and visitors.
