Our customers inspire us to focus on today and take the time to plan for tomorrow, and that means being mindful about the experience you have every time you connect with one of our brands.Job BriefDESIGNWORKS COLLECTIVE is seeking an Operations and Logistics Controller to support the Commercial Operations Manager with logistics services and day to day operational tasks.The Operations and Logistics Controller’s main responsibilities include 3PL management, inbound shipments data analysis and inventory control.LocationBath, UK (potential opportunity for hybrid working)(All Applicants Must Have The Right To Work In The United Kingdom)ResponsibilitiesContainer management and inbound logisticsDaily operations support to wider teamPrepare product data to send for uploadingManage inventory control and ensure records are accurateDaily container management reportingLanded costs calculations and entered into NSManage documentation and goods received for 3PL partnersSupport with system projects and implementationDay to day warehouse management UK/EUKPI and SLA managementDaily order management with warehouseFirst point of contact for warehouse queriesManage inventory discrepancies upon receipts and resolveInventory adjustmentsTrack and coordinate sales sample requestsASN managementVAS managementMonitor the order process and receipts for The Candle BarSupport B2C order fulfilment processRequirements and SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleProven experience in logistics management and operationsExcellent problem -solving and organisational skillsExperience of organising workload and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience of working collaboratively across departments and with external partners.Experience of working in a role where accuracy is key.IT-literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (in particular email and Excel/Google sheets) and ability to learn role-specific software.Organised and able to manage time/priorities effectively.Excellent communicator.Attention to detail.Adaptable and proactive.Willingness to learn and continually expand knowledge.Experience of working in a related field (consumer product safety and/or consumer goods) desirable but not essential.Job Type: Full-timePay: £35,000.00-£43,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Bath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Logistics: 3 years (preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bath
