We are a rapidly growing ecommerce technology company based in London with some high profile brands as clients. We need a part-time Xero Bookkeeper/Office Admin, ideally with experience of processing payments through Wise, excellent attention to detail and good communication skills. Working remotely, must include a couple of hours on a FridayWork includes:· Weekly reconciliations and setting up vendor payments· Monthly client reconciliations· Raising client invoices and statements· Processing expenses and invoices· Office Admin tasks· Ad hoc enquiriesJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 4 -10 per weekSalary: £18.00-£20.00 per hourBenefits:Work from homeExperience:Xero: 3 years (required)Accounting: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: RemoteReference ID: Part time Book keeperExpected start date: 25/08/2023
