Job description
This is a new and exciting role to work on reception at Horizon House, our new office location. The role will be part of a team providing an efficient front of house reception service for the ICB, answering external telephone calls, welcoming visitors and delivering key daily/weekly/monthly tasks. There may be a requirement to work in our other office locations occasionally. To maintain an effective Reception function ensuring the Reception area is kept tidy and informative (leaflets, notice board etc.) to reflect the professionalism of the ICB To manage emails in the Corporate Support box, making appointments for staff to collect IT, passing on enquiries to the correct recipient To act and present oneself in a professional manner at all times To provide a point of contact, processing, receiving, and conveying telephone calls, messages and visitors/public in an efficient and professional manner To chaperone visitors/public to appropriate areas of the office To provide site information including procedures, protocols, available facilities To undertake general office duties e.g. photocopying, post, filing and shredding of confidential waste as appropriate Surrey Heartlands is a partnership of organisations working together – with staff, patients, their carers, families, and the public – to support people to live healthier lives.Surrey Heartlands developed into an Integrated Care Board (ICB) since July 2022, working through 4 Integrated, dynamic, and sustainable partnerships (ICP’s) , each working together to deliver a shared vision across Surrey.
