Greet patients, doctors and visitors in a polite and friendly manner Answer the telephone promptly and courteously Make appointments using SystmOne Administer the procedure for repeat prescriptions Open and sort all the Medical Centre post, both internal and external Ensure the smooth running of all surgeries and clinics Arrange hospital appointments where relevant Receive specimens ready for pathology laboratory collection Deal with general enquiries in a helpful and efficient manner Collate and sort paperwork from GPs and other Practice staff and deal with accordingly Inform patients of test results, in person, on the telephone or by letter Support colleagues to maintain an efficient and friendly team atmosphereJobs Advertisement
