People, Culture & Talent (HR) CoordinatorStarting Base Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 (FTE)Job Advert created/reviewed on 8 Aug 2023The RoleThe People, Culture & Talent Coordinator at Totem will be responsible for the day-to-day management and guidance of HR policies and procedures, Bamboo HRIS, PCT initiatives and administration, employee wellbeing & engagement, talent acquisition and development, culture & values and employee relations. They will build strong relationships with our People Leaders and colleagues and be able to give guidance on complex employment issues. We are looking for someone who can work in a standalone role, has professional confidence and is a positive and proactive person. As a technology company we are also looking for someone who can take a prominent role in the creation of our courses on our LMS system.
