Hours of work: Part-time / Job share – 22.5 hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Location: Bideford – Office based Are you an experienced HR Assistant looking for a part-time opportunity to showcase what you can do? We are looking for someone enthusiastic, and passionate about their job and the people they support, to join us on our exciting journey to help us provide the best employee experience possible for our teams. You'll be: Supporting the business from within our People team to help ensure that we continue to be an employer of choice, someone who will help us drive our ambitious People plan and help us set up our teams for success. Forming collaborative and effective relationships across the business. Working with the wider People team to play a crucial role in welcoming new team members and ensuring a smooth integration process. Additionally, you'll assist in offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, and you'll be responsible for managing our HRIS system and physical files. Helping to support the full employee journey and experience. This will include handling employee and manager enquiries with a friendly and informative approach; providing information and guidance on relevant People policies, benefits, and procedures; and, where relevant, triaging questions to the wider People team. Preparing HR-related documents, including drafting contracts. Actively supporting and contributing, to People-related projects and events. Where relevant, helping to generate insightful people reports and metrics related to employee data. Coordinating and supporting training sessions and development programs, and organising workshops, seminars, and other training events. Supporting recruitment activities as required. You could be exactly what we need! Top-notch organisational and planning skills. Experience with HR Information systems, such as HiBob. An analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel to help us harness the power of data. A passion for delivering exceptional service to our teams. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects with ease. A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work independently An eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
