The Role The Personal Assistant will provide an efficient and proactive administrative, organisational and logistical service to senior leaders within our People Team. The role requires competent coordination, communication, collaboration and communication skills. Key facets include diary management, presentation preparation, agenda and meeting planning and general administrative duties across the teams. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Support assigned senior leader(s), ensuring upcoming engagements and work priorities Manage and maintain diary which ensure a balance between business meetings, travel and lead time preparation and work priorities Organise meetings, prepare agenda and take minutes / actions points for the senior leader(s) as required Support administration of the wider Leadership Team including coordination and arrangement of events, as required Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK12 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with at least two days based in our Southampton office.
