Hours: 4 hours (2 hours on a Saturday evening and 2 hours on a Sunday evening) Rate of pay: £20 per hour – Self Employed Location: Bridgefoot A self-employed Personal Assistant is required to join an already established kind and friendly team just outside Dundee (Bridgefoot). The team supports two adults in their own homes. Applicants must have a caring attitude and be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work. Flexibility is required as there will be a requirement to cover for other staff during periods of sickness or annual leave. This role includes supporting an adult with moving and handling and therefore experience of this would be beneficial, however, full training will be provided. Being an excellent listener and having a good sense of humour is important for this role. Main tasks Providing personal care and support with moving and handling. Supporting an adult to prepare dinner and get ready for bed. An Enhanced PVG check will be carried out prior to commencement of employment. The role is carried out in a non-smoking environment.
