An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Estée Lauder Travel Retail Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) team. The position will be based in the London office and will report to the Regional Marketing Manager. The role primarily entails building and executing strong Retail Activations and Go-To-Market strategy. There is a high degree of focus on forecasting, budgeting, reporting, retail & digital activation, and visual merchandising. It requires a capability to build programs relevant to the TR EMEA region, strategic thinking and a strong knowledge of 360/Omni Channel campaign execution, in order to brief and guide corporate Digital & Communications and Visual Merchandising functions. The role involves working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager as well as the Education team and corporate functions (Integrated Marketing, VM, Pricing, Sales/Commercial Teams), and oversees responsibilities of the Consumer Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Executive. Qualifications The successful candidate will need to demonstrate outstanding communication & organisational skills, strong analytical skills with commercial acumen, along with excellent presentation skills. An ability to be proactive and work collaboratively is essential. It is important to already have experience with retail & digital activations and VM. Travel Retail is a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and candidates should have a positive, flexible, hands-on and committed approach.
