Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated project manager to work alongside the Wessex Maternal Medicine Network clinicians. Your role will be to scope and produce project timescales with an overall aim to control, plan, monitor the project over its lifecycle to produce the required deliverables within the defined timeframe. We are looking for a dedicated, flexible individual who is willing to be responsible for ensuring key deliverables are achieved utilising the appropriate project management approach. Plan, develop and lead on the implementation plan with key stakeholders to deliver the key aims of the project. Ensure all milestones are met, reported and any breaches highlighted to the relevant Local Maternity and Neonatal Systems. Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate with a wide range of people. Evidence of further structured study as a project manager. Experience of successful, complex project leadership. Whilst you will be remote working, we are looking for an individual who is willing to travel to the Princess Anne Hospital. This role is 37.5 hours per week and can be flexible across core working hours.
