Job Description We are currently recruiting for a QA Lead! You will be an integral part of the team leading, coaching and mentoring QA Engineers and assisting to produce high quality software services which will support esure’s ambitious digital transformation. You will provide strategic organisational leadership to the team as well as excellent hands on experience with Integration, Regression and Automation testing. What you will do: Lead a team of QA Engineers and be responsible for the test participation in all technical projects throughout the pricing, claims and motor product workstreams. Provide Strategic leadership to the QA Team Deliver high quality products and features into production that will meet our customer and business needs Works with the Product Owners to ensure project backlog items are clear, accurate and have sufficient detail to enable the Quality Engineers to prove the acceptance criteria have been achieved Continuously strive for a high quality approach to testing within your area and on all projects Ensures that test automation is embedded in projects Work to improve the capability and processes of the Quality Engineering, Engineering and IT functions by suggesting and supporting improvements and sharing knowledge Qualifications We’d love you to have: A senior QA Engineer or Lead QA who has experience directing a team of technical specialists Extensive Automation testing experience and a background in system testing Experience of creating test approaches, test plans and test scripts with the ability to understand sophisticated requirements, and how to test them. A full view of the wider QA role in order to improve quality across the full project delivery lifecycle and drive continuous improvement Experience of working in an agile, SCRUM & Dev Ops delivery model Additional Information Why choose us?
