As a Quality Control Team Supervisor you will supervise a team of Quality Control Analysts. This role reports to QC Team Leader. The working schedule consists of 4 days on, 4 days off, 10-hour shifts. What you’ll do: Prioritise and plan the day-to-day workload of the QC team. Lead the QC team in the development, validation and application of analytical methodologies and in the resolution of technical issues. Lead Root Cause investigations and OOS investigations. Lead the QC team in implementing CAPA’s. Ensure work is conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies/procedures, and client requirements. Perform routine analysis of finished products in an efficient and effective manner in full compliance with relevant documented procedures. Review appropriate QC documents in an efficient and effective manner in full compliance with relevant documented procedures. Assist in preparation of technical documentation within the Department, as required. Assist in training of others, as required. To review analytical and laboratory data within the team for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with documented procedures. What you’ll need: Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry or related subject. Experience working in an ISO: 9001, FDA, MHRA regulated laboratory. Experience in using FPLC, HPLC, GC, UV/Vis and wet chemistry analytical techniques.
