As a family-run organisation, we value teamwork, integrity, and a strong sense of community.Role and Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our team of healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will be instrumental in connecting our clients with the most suitable caregivers to ensure they receive the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:Utilising your previous recruitment and sales experience to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions within our organisation.Engaging with potential candidates through various channels to build a strong talent pipeline.Collaborating with the management team to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.Conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience.Understanding the specific care needs of our clients and matching them with the most suitable caregivers to ensure exceptional care and satisfaction.Key Requirements:Previous experience in recruitment and sales is essential for this role.A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieve targets and exceed expectations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates, clients, and team members.Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a difference in people's lives.Benefits:Competitive salary starting from £22,000 per year.Generous annual leave allowance of 29 days.Performance-based bonus incentives upon achieving KPI targets.
