NxGen Recruit are currently recruiting for a Remote Home Based Solutions Analyst on a 12 month initial fixed term contract. You will be working as part of a CRM migration programme with emphasis on the data integration projects. Your main role will include: Gathering requirements - Identify data sources and data flows so that we can map the data that needs to be migrated and integrated to the new CRM. Understand how the stakeholder wants to see the data Work with Data Engineers to transform data, etc Test the proposed solution including unit testing and UAT, etc Document the full process. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Past experience in either a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, Database Management, BI Developer or SQL Developer based role. Requirement gathering skills and data mapping skills Strong MS Excel skills Ability to write SQL queries / scripts Experience in reporting tools would be advantageous. Able to communicate with a technical and non technical audience Strong organisational, team work, attention to detail and communication skills.
