We are looking to welcome new remote Travel Insurance Sales Advisors that have character, alongside being helpful, determined, friendly and honest. You will be trained to succeed and become a subject matter expert, that will communicate via phone and sometimes email and online chat. You will navigate multiple virtual platforms to obtain, relay and record information, in a FCA regulated environment. The role will include dealing with policy enquiries concerning single trip, annual travel, long stay travel, medical travel and worldwide travel insurance. It is essential that you are a remote working brand ambassador and are an integral part of our remote Sensee family, making a difference in everything we do About You What we are looking for from a Sales Advisor Impressive IT skills Superb rapport building skills Amazing levels of active listening and ability to identify opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to discuss sensitive medical conditions as part of the insurance policy Thorough approach to following account processes Previous experience in a customer or sales focused role Enthusiastic team player, always ready to take up the next challenge Able to attend remote full-time training Can provide a dedicated home working space that offers safety and comfort Co-operative in providing own IT setup in a way that minimises environmental impact Fantastic approach to utilising internal engagement tools to thrive, have fun and progress on the career ladder About Us As part of our values, we are committed to supporting inclusion and diversity.
