Residential Security OfficerResponsibilities:- Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of residential premises.- Patrol assigned areas on foot to deter unauthorized entry and ensure the security of residents and property.- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately.- Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents with inquiries and addressing their concerns.- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities.- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks.- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.Requirements:- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required.- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.- Strong observation and communication skills.- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.Join our team as a Residential Security Officer and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
