The Role 2023 has seen some continued growth at Dojo and it's all hands on deck as we double the number of merchants we bring on each month, expand our footprint into Europe and start onboarding larger and more complex merchants. At the heart of Dojo’s success in doing all of this is, is our Risk team who fight fraudsters and protect the business and its merchants from potential loss. As our Risk Solutions Analyst, you’ll be part of our newly created Risk Solutions team supporting all chapters across risk (Underwriting, Credit Risk, Transaction Monitoring, Chargebacks and Treasury Operations) and be looking into the data when it comes to detecting risk performance to drive change, optimise and influence decision making. What you will do... Analyse and monitor Dojo's risk solutions, ensuring optimal performance of the risk function. Utilise domain expertise, insights from the risk team and data-driven evidence to suggest enhancements for solutions and improvements to how we mitigate risk. Analyse the performance of existing rules and thresholds across all risk platforms to provide actionable recommendations and optimise effectiveness. Stay updated with industry advancements and regulatory changes in risk. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to gather feedback, validate system effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. Document and own processes, changes, and enhancements, ensuring clear and concise records for reference and audit purposes. Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the risk solutions lifecycle. Ideal candidates will be able to vigorously examine data not just producing insight, but also helping to determine validity, understanding the source and identifying features needed inorder to refine and optimise data What you will bring... Detail orientated with a strong analytical mindset Outstanding communication and presentation skills Experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau (experience with Looker is preferred at Dojo). Ability to draw meaningful insight from reporting Advantageous to have Experience with BigQuery and working within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
