Explore, discover, share and inspire at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel Position Summary The Rooms Office Coordinator is responsible for performing highly diversified duties in order to maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders. Provides consistently high standard of administrative support to both Font Office and Housekeeping departments. As a Rooms Office Coordinator, you will be communicating with colleagues and the wider hotel teams at St Pancras to support the performance of the Room Operations teams. You’ll need to know your stuff: Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information. Protect the privacy and security of guests and co-workers. Follow company and department policies and procedures. Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service. Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language. Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
