Job description£25,000 - £30,000 Monday – Friday HYBRID Maidstone An exciting opportunity has opened for an Sales Administrator at a very well-established company based in Maidstone. This role would suit a candidate with experience using CRM systems Working within the finance department, the successful candidate will be the link between Sales and Finance. This is a very hands-on role that requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive can-do attitude. My client is offering a very generous benefits package along with excellent flexibility in working hours. The role will offer Hybrid/Remote working with a minimum of 2 days based in the office. Duties Include: Processing new sales orders and contracts Ensuring accuracy between sales invoices and the CRM system Ensuring contracts match what is shown on invoices Providing support to the sales team with general queries Invoice reconciliation to sales orders Administration of Sales documentation such as order forms and purchases orders Other Ad-Hoc duties as an when required by the business The successful candidate will: Have previous experience in a similar position Experience using CRM Experience in using finance systems such as Sage, Xero, MS Business etc. (Desirable) Have meticulous attention to detail Possess a proactive can-do attitude Have an understanding of basic accounting principles Have an analytical thinking approach to problem solving In return my client is offering free on-site parking, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, plus a day off for your Birthday, more holiday days will be available for long service and a whole host of benefits including; company pension plan, company bonus scheme, electric vehicle car scheme, flexible hours and much more!
