We pride ourselves in delivering the highest quality industry training for global organisations, including Unilever, Lego, Coca Cola, Danone and Volvo.We are looking for an exceptional Sales Executive with a desire to hit and exceed sales targets. The candidate for this position will need to excel at creating and closing new opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling.Your ResponsibilitiesActively research, identify and qualify new leadsMake outbound sales calls to senior executivesLiaise with senior executives to discuss their learning requirements and provide solutions from our Masterclass portfolioDeliver complete sales pitches with decision-makers encompassing the full sales cycleSkilfully handle objections and negotiate effectively to close dealsDevelop and operate your own sales pipeline to be measured against individual and team goalsAccountable for achieving sales targets as set by the businessUpdate CRM records with new contacts, pipeline and sales activityConsistently hit your sales quota by retaining, growing and prospecting clientsSuccessfully create business from new and existing customer accountsManage complex negotiations with senior-level executivesBuild rapport and establish long term relationships with customersRequired ExperienceHighly motivated and achievement-driven professional with proven consultative sales experience to large multinational companiesExceptional verbal and written communication, including in-person, on the telephone and video presentations, with an aptitude for developing long-term relationships with clientsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets to deliver maximum revenueWorking as part of a team in a fast evolving environmentSelf-driven and highly organisedAmbitious and focused on achieving business targetsAbility to build credibility quickly with new clients and articulate a strong value proposition at C-Suite levelStrong presentation skills at an executive levelMinimum 1+ years' experience in new business developmentExperience and working knowledge of CRM systemsStrong competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OfficeWhat We OfferStartup environment, where achievement and results are rewardedGenuine uncapped earning, with achievable quota’s and market leading commissionUnbeatable training and growth opportunities including a sales excellence induction for new hiresCareer growth and development opportunity within a fast paced, entrepreneurial companyHours: Full Time - Permanent. 08:00am - 4:45pmLocation: London, UK.
