Role – Senior Technology Architect Technology – Java/.Net/Python, Cloud-AWS/Azure Location – London Business Unit – ECSADMCATS Compensation – Competitive (including bonus) Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Technology Architect to join our team at Infosys. This pivotal role involves providing expert guidance and leadership in designing and implementing complex and transformative cloud solutions on leading platforms like AWS or Azure. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving cloud adoption, architecting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding cloud-based services to our valued clients. Responsibilities: Lead the development of cloud architecture strategies and roadmaps in alignment with business goals, technical requirements, and industry best practices. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, translating their needs into innovative and scalable cloud solutions. Design and oversee the implementation of highly available, scalable, and secure cloud-based architectures, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to technology teams, empowering them to excel in cloud solution design and delivery. Evaluate and recommend cloud technologies, services, and tools to optimize performance, cost efficiency, and overall cloud service delivery. Conduct architectural reviews and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to cloud architecture principles and quality standards. Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in cloud technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and business analysts, to ensure successful integration and delivery of cloud solutions. Address cloud-related risks, security concerns, compliance requirements, and data protection measures in collaboration with relevant teams. Partner with sales and business development teams to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose effective cloud solutions during the sales process. Contribute to thought leadership by creating technical articles, best practices, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: Proven track record as a Solutions Architect, delivering complex and transformative cloud solutions on AWS or Azure. In-depth expertise in cloud computing concepts, cloud services, and cloud deployment models. Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, including serverless computing, containers, and microservices. Demonstrated proficiency in cloud automation, infrastructure-as-code (IAC), and DevOps principles. Certified in AWS or Azure with relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Extensive experience with cloud security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), and encryption techniques. Knowledge of TOGAF principles and frameworks is a plus, but not mandatory. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide technology teams. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
