To provide administration and coordination activities in relation to the delivery of all aspects of the audit process for Food Clients. To assist the Head of Food Assurance to achieve business objectives and targets including the achievement of all KPIs and conduct tasks delegated by the Food Assurance Manager. Ensuring full adherance to UKAS and SGS Internal KPI’s to ensure accrediation is maintained. Key Accountabilities Preventing certificates from expiring in Food UK by ensuring visits are planned sufficiently in advance, queries are responded to promptly and contract changes/updates are implemented. Effective and efficient audit planning & scheduling to maximise auditor utilisation in order to hit the Global Auditor utiisation targets of 75% Regular monitoring of certiq status, follow up with technical reviewers, auditors and FO as necessary and escalate any issues to the Food Assurance Manager. Conduct all tasks and activities delegated by the Food Assurance Manager. Collaborate weekly/daily with GBS/Technical Team/Auditors with respect to pack turnaround and query response times, certificate issue and implementing actions effectively. Pack Processing, Invoicing and Certificate Issuance for clients. The efficient planning and scheduling of work load for all auditors in Food including contractors in order to achieve internal objectives and meet scheme rules. To cover the Food team as required by periods of abscence. To train and mentor new members of staff, including if we take on any new products or projects. To ensure accurate data input in Purchase Requisitions / Orders and Travel Requisitions to ensure that supplier invoices can be paid and auditors can travel to their audits. To contact clients with outstanding debts when the two stage letter process has failed to provide payment in order that the client is aware of their need to pay and to escalate further non payment to the Regional Manager and to start the deregistration process and updating the debtors database accordingly. Qualifications Five GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Mathematics and English Language or equivalent work experience Skills & Knowledge Proven ability to Multi task and to demonstrate attention to detail Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative to meet deadlines and to seek support when appropriate Effective interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence all stakeholders Hardworking, responsible, enthusiastic, friendly and a team worker Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt appropriately to change Ability to understand complex rules and apply them using complex processes Experience Proven experience of working in an administrative customer facing environment Experience in problem solving Experience of dealing with difficult/challanging customers Experience of using spreadsheets and databases in a working capacity Experience of producing professional written communications Experience with MS Office, Outlook and other software in general Additional Information APPLY NOW for full consideration, you can be sure that your application will be treated confidentially and impartially, and you will always receive an update within 10 business days.Jobs Advertisement
