Salary: £42,000 - £56,800 Location: Cambridge/Hybrid (twice a week or more in the office) Contract: Permanent/Full-time (35 hours per week) We are seeking an innovative and dynamic marketer with a passion for shaping exceptional digital channel interactions and experiences. In this new role you will lead the digital marketing strategy and a team of experts, carefully aligning channels and content to reach, engage, and influence our target audiences and deliver our marketing goals. About the role As a vital part of our growing global marketing team, you will leverage customer data to create increasingly personalised, automated and consistent customer journeys, resulting in positive customer interactions. Central to this Senior Digital Marketing Manager role is the establishment of integrated marketing capabilities and a focus on measurement of customer influence and impact. As part of this role, you will: Create and execute a digital marketing strategy, collaborating across global and regional marketing teams to define deliverables and success measures. Lead and develope a team responsible for digital marketing content and channel excellence, including social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and digital content production. Lead the oversight of digital content scheduling across channels, shaping, supporting and enhancing the customer journey. Drive continuous improvement in digital marketing capabilities, platforms, tools, and processes, leveraging data-driven insight, customer feedback, and best-practice. Develop a performance measurement framework for digital channels and content, setting KPIs and demonstrating the impact of marketing activities to the wider business. Establish clear governance frameworks for digital marketing channels and activities across global and regional teams. Want to learn more about the role?
