What can you expect? The Global Mobility Solutions team within Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) Multinational provides advice and solutions to clients in the area of international/expatriate health insurance (IPMI) and group risk solutions. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Global Mobility Solutions Consultant to join our UK team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be managing the relationships with a number of large clients and supporting them on a range of international benefits issues and projects. This role will have a particular focus on new business and growth, leading our efforts to win new corporate clients and expand existing relationships. This will involve creating and maintaining relationships with colleagues across Marsh McLennan to sell our services to their clients You will have an opportunity to contribute to our future strategy and play a meaningful part in shaping the evolution of our value proposition. You will be a leader within the team coaching and mentoring colleagues. This role can be based from any of our UK offices What is in it for you? We will count on you to: Leverage Marsh McLennan client relationships to deliver new business growth You will be accountable for the day to day management of some key clients and take ownership of client deliverables around their expatriate health and risk provision including benefit design, renewals, re-bidding and reporting Take an active role in developing specific areas of intellectual capital Provide mentorship and training to more junior Global Mobility Solutions consultants Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, notably the relationship managers for global clients and other operating companies of Marsh McLennan Develop an external network with key insurers What you need to have: Extensive international/expatriate benefits experience, ideally gained from working as a consultant or a broker.
