The aim of the project is to undertake research, create practitioner-focused outputs from research findings and identify improvements to practice in conjunction with collaborators. The particular area of interest is agile management and leadership roles, competencies and practice. The post holder will apply their methodological expertise and experience to this project whilst working alongside other academic members of the team. We are looking for an outstanding candidate with a proven track record and potential to conduct research at the highest international level. Holding an Honours degree and Masters degree or higher postgraduate qualification in a related area, the successful candidate will have strong knowledge of agile software development and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues. Utilising strong organisation skills, the successful candidate will be able to work to targets and deadlines whilst also undertaking independent research and producing excellent academic writing.
