Service and Operations CoordinatorJob & Division Summary:At Industrial Blower Services we have provided air and gas moving solutions to our customers for over 3 decades. We were the UK’s largest independent blower specialist company before being acquired by Ingersoll Rand in 2021. We have ambitions and backing to grow significantly in the next 3 years and we need your help to achieve this.Responsibilities:Aftermarket Team – Repair, Service and Hire.Proper and accurate use of Dynamics 365 software with a view to continuously improving the processes in place.Purchasing materials that are needed and organising the logistics to and from customers as necessary on orders. Provide regular updates internally and externally on delivery.Provide any administrative support to the service and aftermarket team effectively with high quality communication to colleagues and customers.Be responsible for goods in out. Accurately booking in/out products and quality check on arrival/shipment. Ensure system is updated in line with products in/out. Preparing assets ready for shipment this will include packing, documentation and loading items onto truck. Liaising with customers, partners and 3rd party logistics to ensure a smooth execution of orders.Depot stock checks and investigations with perpetual stock stake following company processes to achieve high level of stock accuracy.Ensuring that the workshop and store facilities meet governmental and company regulations for environmental, health and safety standards.
