About FT Paints: FT Paints is a small paint supplier catering to the automotive and industrial sectors. Based in Coventry, our company is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and establishing a strong online presence. We are focused on growth and aim to expand our reach through effective social media marketing.Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media and Customer Service Representative. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of social media platforms and excellent computer skills. The ideal candidate should also possess a full UK driving license, as occasional delivery of goods will be required.Responsibilities:Driving licence is a must to assist with van deliveries to customers occasionally.Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to attract and engage customers. Regularly monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries, building strong relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.E-commerce Platforms: Familiarize yourself with online platforms such as eBay and Amazon. Manage product listings, monitor inventory levels, process orders, and handle customer feedback and reviews on these platforms.Assisting Customers: Assist customers in-person and over the phone by answering questions, recommending products, and providing assistance on paint mixing. Learn and develop expertise in paint mixing processes to offer valuable assistance to customers.Delivery Services: Occasionally deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure the safe handling of products during transportation.Requirements:Good knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Experience in creating engaging content and managing social media accounts is highly desirable.Proficiency in computer skills, including email communication, word processing, and basic image editing.Full UK driving license is essential for occasional product deliveries.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like eBay and Amazon is preferred.Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and the ability to empathize with customers.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt the tone and style of communication based on the target audience.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.Prior experience in the automotive or industrial sector is a plus but not mandatory.If you are a young, enthusiastic individual with a passion for social media, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to contribute to the growth of a small business, we would love to hear from you.
