Band 5 We are seeking enthusiastic nurse's to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team on Ilchester. Ilchester is busy 33 bedded Medical Assessment Unit. The Sister's on duty to co-ordinate the shift and to provide clinical support to ensure the successful applicants are well supported. This is an opportunity for you to develop excellent clinical skills in acute medicine whilst delivering assessment care of the highest standard. You should be passionate about achieving the best outcome for your patients and ready for the challenge of thriving in this fast-paced environment. Assessing a wide range of medical emergency conditions from the Emergency Department for assessment and initial treatment prior to transferring to the most appropriate area or discharging home. As an Assessment Unit, this may also include at times surgical and orthopaedic patients.
