Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust are pleased to be able to offer an opportunity to join a small, friendly team on permanent basis , who are responsible for supporting Theatres and the wider hospital departments with Sterile Services to provide quality outcomes for patients. This is a flexible post which includes evening, weekend and bank holiday working. We work a shift system currently which you would be required to participate in to meet our service needs The successful applicant must be willing to work currently across two sites, Sandwell Hospital and City hospital BMEC and in the near future will also include our new Hospital MMUH The shift patterns for this post are as follows; 14:00-19:00 and every other weekend x1 shift 07:00-13:00 alternative Saturday/Sunday **Please note- This advert may close early if there are a high number of applicants Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust (SWBT) is an integrated care organisation with a budget of approximately £600 million and over 7,000 staff. Our new acute hospital, the Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH), opens in 2024 and will provide care to our local population from first class, purpose-built premises. As a result, the base of this role may change to MMUH from 2024 (or beyond).
