Day to day, you’ll be responsible for managing all processes and procedures involving machine components master data, from creating Items to raising purchase requisitions. This role reports to Concessions and Inventory Manager in the UK&I Supply Chain supporting the demand and supply planning functions. Ensure our suppliers orders are delivered on time and in full, escalating any issues to key stakeholders in the business. Proactively ensure all supply chain tasks are completed, this includes updating line cards, OTIF, Availability trackers. Working in collaboration with key teams like accounts payable and suppliers ensuring invoicing is dealt with in timely manner and preventing any delivery stop. Manage all systems administration, key person to contact during system testing. Supporting Demand Planners with month end activities and stock reconciliations.
