Job description
We are looking for Supply Medium Term Planning Planner to join our international AMP - E Team! Pivotal role in managing Central Mid-term planning activities within an S&OP cycle with focus on balancing service, inventory, operational performance, and costs in the network of canning manufacturing sites and warehouses for given portfolio of products. Key responsibilities Coordination of the drumbeat for the supply planning monthly IBP activities – timelines, deliverables aligned with involved parties. Manage inputs to planning process with necessary master data, planning data checks, maintenance, cleansing. Actively involved and challenge status quo of current planning processes and systems to continuously improve the quality of the planning outcomes, speed, and efficiency of the planning cycle. Trigger necessary planning steps in the system and ensures the correctness and timeliness of the output. Regularly review related Key performance indicators to trigger counter measures when off track. Structurally review manufacturing performance and through data driven reasoning aligns appropriate manufacturing inputs to the process. Analyse the plan efficiency and quality, identify improvement possibilities supported with scenario planning. Participate at various projects in the company, i.e. system related, new line introduction etc. Act like a funnel among demand, manufacturing, quality, logistics and other departments with aim to create well balanced and customer centric supply plan. Requirements Ability navigate and adapt messaging within large spectrum of stakeholders from planners up to senior management Able to explain non-specialists of the complex constraints, risks, and choices available in simple every-day language. Experience, skill to manage and interpret large data sets to enable right input to planning process. Familiar with modern supply chain terminology and theory. Team player who supports the fellow planners. System savviness and joy working with data, experience with ERP systems and planning softwares. Proficiency in SAP ECC, IBP, MS Office package, especially Excel. Basic knowledge of Power BI advantage. Bachelor level degree in Business Administration or similar. 5 years’ experience planning functions. APICS certification advantage.
