We currently have job opportunities in a range of our established Glasgow City wide Care Homes and Care at Home services providing individual support to adults with a variety of complex needs who need support with mental health and day to day living.Our services are situated across the city and are designed to cater to the needs of the individual while supporting them to live as independently as possible. They include a range of residential, core and cluster models.Everyone we support is different and we use individually tailored plans to help them to identify where their strengths lie and support them in the areas where they may need it. In this role your attitude and personality matter as much as your skills and experiences. We are looking for initiative, compassion, energy and determination and the ability to motivate and inspire people who use our services to develop their skills and self-confidence and realise their aspirations.
