Job description

We have an opportunity for a Sustainability Analyst to join our Risk department. You will report to our Sustainability Manager and will assist the risk management team by supporting in the delivery of TMK’s strategic goals relating to sustainability, covering underwriting, operations and investments. The role includes responsibilities such as supporting the evaluation of the risks associated with sustainability issues, as well as identifying areas of improvement and potential actions to enhance sustainability across the organisation. You will have responsibility for the reviewing and drafting of updates to the TMK sustainability strategy and associated policies on an annual basis, as well as monitoring progress against the underlying strategic targets, collaborating with various teams across the breadth of the business to implement actions to meet these targets. You will also be expected to support the running of TMK’s sustainability working groups, including coordination with the corresponding Chairs and the sustainability manager, as well as drafting updates and materials for the sustainability committee. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in working within insurance, the London market, or sustainability and will also be experienced in working in a high pressure and result oriented environment. We are looking for someone who can operate with integrity, be inquisitive, enthusiastic and adaptable, all whilst communicating effectively and building relationships with stakeholders.
