This post will involve support for children with Education and Health Care Plans who require additional support to access school life. Essential qualities include discretion, empathy good personal organisation and communication skills and a desire to see young people achieve their potential. Understanding of learning difficulties, knowledge of subject areas and experience of working with young people in an educational setting will be advantageous.
