Job description
This is an exciting new team administrator post created within our newly developed specialist Buckinghamshire community Serious Mental Illness (SMI) Physical Health Outreach Team supporting the physical health needs of patients with (SMI) in the community. Your focus will be to support the SMI Physical Health Outreach Team with full administrative, clerical and secretarial duties as requested, and to offer a first point of contact for the Teams. You should be able to demonstrate your experience and skills in business administration, including excellent organisational skills, experience setting up complex events and meetings for a diverse range of stakeholders, experience of using Microsoft Office programs - Excel, TEAMS, Word and Outlook, data collection, collation, and reporting. You will have GCSE English and Maths (minimum Grade C or equivalent). You will join our brand new, dedicated, friendly and supportive specialist Buckinghamshire community SMI Physical Health Outreach Team which will be part of the Bucks Primary Care Mental Health Hubs (PCMHH) Team. Administration or secretarial experience in an NHS setting (Knowledge of NHS systems) Excellent MS Office skills/experience including (Excel, TEAMS, Word and Outlook) NVQ Level II in business administration or equivalent experience Ability to work effectively under pressure/with interruptions and work to deadlines Attention to detail and Excellent organisational skills Ability to liaise with all professionals and levels in a confident and effective manner Ability to produce good quality correspondence and data reports Experience setting up complex events/meetings involving various stakeholdersJobs Advertisement
