You will be joining an interactive and high energy team, with a strong people-culture whilst developing your skills in project management and client relations. Moving is stressful and you are there to take the edge off this process for both tenants and landlords.The primary role of the Team Coordinator is to support The Property & Tenancy Management Department to ensure that our customers receive the most effective and efficient customer service. The Team Coordinator will assist in all administrative elements of The Department, as well as managing documentation and information relating to various processes within it.  The Team Coordinator will also help look after our Head Office front desk on a daily basis for midday and holiday cover when required, to ensure a seamless handover that maintains the level of service customers of Marsh & Parsons expect.Key Responsibilities:The Team Coordinator is responsible for maintaining exceptionally high standards at the front of house, creating a presence that is warm and welcoming for all visitors and representative of the Company’s high customer serviceEnsure all meetings are properly coordinated in the correct room, at the right time and with the appropriate set upComplete attendance forms weekly and send these to HR every Monday morningComplete stationary orders on a monthly basisSort and deliver post to relevant team members as well as franking outgoing postAnswer the property and tenancy mainline when neededSend out check in reports for managed and non-managed tenanciesSchedule all Property Management inspection visitsContact utility companies on behalf of Property Management in order to change accountsIssue all tenancy agreements by emailFinished tenancy report – work through an excel document once a week to end all finished tenancies on RPSRight to Rent – provide guidance and advice to all lettings negotiators and members of the departmentPerson SpecificationAttention to detailExcellent organisation skillsAn ability to process high volumes of work accurately to deadlinePrevious experience with first rate customer service skillsFully IT literate and able to use the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPointA desire to learn about Property Management and Tenancy Management processesA positive, can-do attitudeAbility to meet deadlines and support a large teamBenefits of working for M&P include:Extensive Learning and Development ProgrammeGreat Company Culture and regular Social EventsDay of on your Birthday!Retail and Gym DiscountsCycle to work SchemeMarsh & Parsons is an equal opportunities employer.
