As a Temenos Lead Functional Architect: You’ll be helping our Wealth Management / Private Banking clients transform to a new generation of digital financial services leveraging your knowledge on the Banking Industry and Temenos products You will help our clients defining innovative end-to-end offerings to support bank transformation journeys and meet their business needs You will help to shape the best integration approach with clients existing ecosystem You will participate on E2E project delivery. Managing or executing along all phases: requirements, functional specifications, technical analysis/design, test, and deployment Day to day duties (main functions of ): You’ll be helping our Wealth Management / Private Banking clients transform to a new generation of digital financial services leveraging your knowledge on the Banking Industry and Temenos products You will help our clients defining innovative end-to-end offerings to support bank transformation journeys and meet their business needs You will help to shape the best integration approach with clients existing ecosystem You will participate on E2E project delivery. Managing or executing along all phases: requirements, functional specifications, technical analysis/design, test, and deployment Project Description: You will work on short term (several weeks to months) and long term (several months to 1 year) projects supporting our clients to design and deliver banking solution based on software from Temeno Location: Hiring Location: preferably EU country.. Work assignments: Europe Essential Skills: 10+ years of experience shaping Temenos solution for Wealth Management / Private Banking clientsStrong functional knowledge on different Wealth Management / Private Banking business areasRelevant hands-on experience in Transact modules for Securities, Derivatives, Treasury, Deposits…Experience leading Process Led Workshops, implementing best practices concerning Temenos products when brining improvements into client operationsAvailability for travelling in Europe and potentially around the worldFluent in English, written and spokenExcellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levelsAbility to conduct workshops/discussions with the client and develop creative and breakthrough solutions to customer challengesPeople development and team building skillsExcellent inter-personal skills with the ability to anticipate, understand and respond to Client needs shaping the behavior in accordance to the situationCollaboration, team orientation and stewardship Desirable Skills: Experience standardizing products and processes between client multiple entities Temenos Portfolio Management Additional Skills (not required) Infinity Insights on delivery methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the banking industry An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner Worked in an onshore – offshore model Flexibility to embrace different roles and projects outside main area of expertise An ability to inspire teams to deliver to a high standard in a suitable timeframe Experience understanding team strengths, and the ability to coach and develop others Proven success in building and developing high - performing teams taking ownership of developing others Implementation experience of Temenos core modules and associated processes Specific implementation experience using Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) for accounts, deposits, and lending Basic understanding of Temenos accounting entries and bookings An understanding of the Temenos Implementation Methodology and associated deliverables related to the core banking transformation phases (various strategy documents, business requirement definitions, etc.)
