Global Fast-to-Action (F2A) is a dynamic and diverse pool of problem solvers with global mindsets deployed on transformational projects. We work with agility on global short-term projects and are deployed on demand executing against strategic priorities. F2A works closely with their end users – employees and managers – and with internal subject matter experts across the enterprise while aligning to the top strategic priorities. We work with innovative and strategic thought leaders and diverse internal client groups across a wide range of brands, functions, regions, and channels. F2A teams act as a trusted advisor to these client groups, developing strategies and solutions to meet clients' business needs, including scoping needs, gathering data, analyzing issues, formulating and making recommendations, and helping implement proposed solutions to pressing business challenges and needs. F2A primarily provides services across Change Management, Organizational Design, and Organizational Effectiveness, enabled by Program Management. The Executive Director, Client Engagement Lead is on the Global Fast-to-Action leadership team working closely with the Global Fast-to-Action Lead and other Client Engagement Leads to set the strategic direction of the teams, deliver strong results across the projects and lead and coach talent. Stakeholder engagement: The Client Engagement Lead is responsible for liaising with an internal set of stakeholders (HRBPs, business leaders, CoEs) in order to forecast project demand, scope projects (including aligning on resourcing, timeline, and final deliverables) determine whether or not a project will be supported by Global Fast-to-Action, and identify alternative solutions if the project is not ultimately accepted by Fast-to-Action.Project work: The Client Engagement Lead will be responsible for leading a set of projects and ultimately accountable for delivering project results to the organization.Team Development: The Client Engagement Lead will also have the opportunity to formally coach mid and senior level talent on the team; responsible for providing on-going feedback to project teams.Continuing to evolve and enhanced our Menu of Services: The Client Engagement Lead will develop and utilize GF2A’s enhanced menu of services with new tools, resources and capabilities that will allow them to deliver strong, consistent results to their clients as effectively and efficiently as possible. KEY REPSONSIBILITIES Stakeholder management: Acting as a liaison for the HRBP/business/CoEs into Fast-to-Action Work with HR and COE leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs based on strategic objectives, cost/benefit considerations, timing, capacity, and trade-offs.Helps HRBPs, business leaders and CoEs identify potential projects early and ensure they are captured in the Fast-to-Action pipelineSupport HRBP, business leaders and CoEs scope projects by helping iterate and providing feedback on scoping documents, encouraging design thinking principles, hosting round table discussions, ensuring scoping documents have key information and are aligned to business strategyManage expectations of the HRBPs, business and CoEs and monitor all projects are on track to deliver to ensure overall satisfaction. Project lead: Ultimately accountable for the success of the project Creates and articulates the vision of the project to the project teamManages a team of up to 6 project team membersEnsures the team is delivering on key deliverables on time and within budgetResponsible for managing project stakeholders keeping them informed on the project status, highlighting risks, influencing the solution, etc. Team development: responsible for the overall development of the Fast-to-Action team Coaching individual team membersCreating the vision for continuous learnings for the team and coordinate the execution of the programs across the teamResponsible for the hiring process including ensuring alignment across the Fast-to-Action Leadership, owning the interview process and methodology, coordinating interviews and timelines Qualifications PROBLEM SOLVING AND FRAMING: Ability to break a problem into its component parts and develop a methodical approach to finding a solution: PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Ability to build and execute a plan to solve the problem, including project timeline, identifying/ managing interdependencies, identifying key owners and stakeholders, managing budget and vendors COMMUNICATION: Strong written and verbal communication to effectively share the solutions and recommendation using storytelling, slide writing, persuasion EXECUTIVE PRESENCE CURIOSITY COMFORTABLE WITH AMBIGUITY AND COMPLEXITY Job: Human Resources Primary Location: GB-ENG-London Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 2311373 Estee Lauder Companies is an equal opportunities employer.
