Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the Tractor Sales Manager will be responsible for overall Tractor and Telehandler sales within the UK and Ireland.Working closely with our territory management team and our European based factories, you will manage the growth of Tractor and Telehandler market share, implementing key strategic objectives to increase sales volumes of these important CLAAS product ranges.You will be required to provide the sales management team with monthly sales and market updates to assist with volume and model mix forecasting and prepare weekly wholesale and retail analysis reports.Working alongside the Marketing team, you will have the ability to create sales and marketing campaigns to achieve defined sales targets, and providing relevant product and customer content to this end – thinking outside the box is a welcome attribute.Utilising our unique Customer Experience Centre and our purpose built showrooms at Saxham, you will also be responsible for increasing customer engagement to achieve sales targets.To fulfil this role you will be IT proficient and have excellent communication skills to relay product information to our UK and Ireland dealer network.Ideally from an agricultural background with some previous experience with tractor product, you will need to be highly motivated and able to focus on customer demands to help formulate innovative solutions.
