Our client a forward thinking and award winning, multi office, independent Estate Agent are looking for a high calibre candidate to train as a Lettings Negotiator in their busy office in Ashford Middlesex. The agency are very well established and highly regarded for the excellent level of customer service they offer all of their clients as well as their extensive market knowledge. They pride themselves on the services they offer in Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Land and New Homes. This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer service background, where it is second nature to you to offer the highest level of care to your clients throughout their lettings journey. You must be keen to get into the property industry, where local knowledge would be advantageous. You must be well organised and presented, as well as very well spoken. You must also be able to work well in a team, achieving targets that will be set. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
