Inspiresport Travel Representative - Zero Hours Contract Looking for reps based in the South of England in locations such as London, Dover & Kent £85 day rate with transport, accommodation & meals included If successful, you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by company) We will be carrying out a recruitment day in the South of England in October (date & venue to be confirmed) followed by a training day on the 6th November in Manchester (expenses covered). For each group, the inspiresport representative will help to ensure the trip runs smoothly and excellent customer services is provided. This role is the first point of contact for the Party Leader and you will need to be prepared to answer questions and resolve any situation that may arise with the support of the Operations team. The main requirement for this role is to be the contact for the party leader throughout the tour. This includes: Meeting and greeting the tour at school and/or training facilities Travel with the party, provide advice and guidance throughout (via support from the Operations team and Head of Operations) Co-ordinate check in at hotel and training facilities Attend and help to organise events for the party To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Proactivity and the ability to provide great customer service Enthusiastic, highly motivated, dedicated and approachable Have the ability to organise and prioritise work efficiently and effectively Possess superb verbal communication skills and has the ability to deal with customers and suppliers both over the telephone and face to face whilst representing the business Possess a great understanding of high quality customer care Keen interest and understanding of sport in general
