If you’re up for a challenge and want to kickstart that career pathway in logistics, this is the right place to be!We’re currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team on the following shift patterns:Friday to Monday,* covering the hours of *06:00 to 16:00Thursday to Sunday, covering the hours of 06:00 to 16:00Thursday to Monday, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday, covering the hours of 20:00 to 06:00Sunday to Thursday OR Monday to Friday, covering 20:00-04:00 (chill environment)Pay, benefits and more:Now you know what we’re looking for, here’s what’s in it for you:An hourly rate from £12.08 on days, that’s a basic salary of £23,556.00 with the potential to earn £31,088.12 OTEAn hourly rate of £14.02 on nights, that’s a basic annual salary of £27.399.00 with the potential to earn £33,624.62 OTEA fantastic KPI performance related bonus – up to an additional £82.45 per week!Additional £56 for weekends working (days shifts only)Access to a subsidised on-site gymAccess to a subsidised on-site restaurant facility, serving hot and cold food optionsAccess to a variety of high street discounts – including an Iceland discount card and cinema deals!Holiday payWorkplace pensionCycle to work schemeAccess to our own online university hub – home to a wealth of courses meaning you’re always able to develop new skills!What you’ll do on a typical day:You’ll be working in freezer chambers – full training and PPE provided!Pick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cages using LLOP’s – full training will be providedWhat you need to succeed at GXO:Willingness to work in a multi-temperature environmentFlexibility to work irregular hours and weekendsA passion to succeed – we will support you through your career!Excellent communication skills – written and verbalWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
