We have safe and trusted Early Years care and developmental activities, family support and mediation help when difficult issues arise at home or school, summer and school holiday camps, and activities that are fun for everyone.About the Role: This role will manage the day to day running of a new partnership project based at Northolt High School for young people aged 11- 16 years old with a focus on those that face disadvantage. You will plan, and deliver a wide range of activities for young people based in the school including sports, youth clubs, mentoring, 121 work, and workshops. You will also work closely with our partners to ensure a joined up approach to delivery.He/she will ensure a high level of quality and impact whilst adhering to budgetary limitations, and business processes.About YouWe are looking for a passionate, organised, and aspirational youth worker who is looking to enhance, sustain and develop what we offer to young people living in London.will also hold a minimum level 2 qualification in Youth related studies.You will also have a proven track record of setting up and delivering funded projects from beginning to end ensuring the best outcomes are achieved for young people.What we offer:Working for YMCA St Paul’s Group means you have joined a team of people who are committed to creating fairer, healthier, and more inclusive communities across London and beyond.
